When will my pictures be posted online?Action photography will be available for viewing 48 hours after the end of the tournament. Team & individual photography will be available for viewing 72 hours after photo day. How do I order a Photo CD?To complete your order for a custom CD please follow the instructions below:
1. Select one image from your game/tournament and then select the photo CD selection from our drop down menu.
2. Place the item in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Email us the remaining image numbers - they can be found by single clicking on the center of the image. On the next screen you will see an image number, for example it will say: "prev 18 of 200 next".
4. We will also need to know what game the images are from - At the top of the screen will be a game number, ie: A1 Yankees vs. Mets
5. Email us your final image selections as follows:
A1 18 of 200, 19 of 200, etc. A2 18 of 200, 19 of 200, etc.

You are able to print the images as you wish when we mail you an actual CD. Can I view product samples?Yes. Click on the products section to see all of our custom products. May I place my order by phone?As we photograph many athletes we prefer all orders to be placed online to prevent mistakes. You may pay by credit card, check or money order when shopping online. I cannot the view mysportsphoto page to order my photos?Many computers have pop-up blockers which prevents the ordering page from loading. Please visit our alternative website at: http://porter.photoreflect.com I received my order and it is incorrect, what can I do? Please contact our office via email at orders@mysportsphoto.com We will review your order and fix any problems. I received part of my order, do certain products ship separately? Yes. Plaques, trading cards, posters, cut outs and mouse pads arrive in a separate shipment. How do I order a multiple picture poster? Select one photo, add it to the shopping cart, select the size of the poster you wish to purchase. Then email us the other photo numbers you wish to add to your poster (please refer to ordering a photo cd). You will receive an email proof of your poster before we print and ship the final product.
